Data processing
What we process
Depending on how you use Trigora, we process:
- account information, including the identifier from your sign-in provider;
- billing and subscription records for paid Cloud plans;
- Customer Content: Program source, artifacts, execution inputs and outputs, event payloads, continuations, and related execution metadata;
- usage and metering data needed to operate and bill the service;
- temporary demonstration state on the TCC Recovery Lab.
Where a business customer submits personal information inside Customer Content and instructs Trigora to process it to provide the service, the customer may act as the controller and Trigora as its processor. A separate data processing agreement may apply where required.
How stored data is protected
Persisted Customer Content is encrypted at rest where the underlying infrastructure supports it, and data in transit is protected using TLS. See Security for isolation, access control, and the trust boundary.
Private Customer Content is not used to train public or third-party AI models.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in the Privacy Policy.
- temporary demo state is generally deleted after approximately ten minutes;
- account information is retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward;
- billing records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal purposes;
- Customer Content is retained according to product functionality, customer actions, and the applicable contract;
- backups and security logs may remain for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
Deletion
You can stop using the service at any time. After an account ends, access to Customer Content may cease. You should export what you need before termination. We may delete Customer Content after a reasonable retention period unless the law requires us to keep it.
Privacy requests, including deletion of personal information, go to [email protected].
Providers
Current subprocessors and service providers are named on Subprocessors.
